Regulatory Inspection is a process used by regulatory bodies to assess the sufficiency of, and compliance with, applicable laws, rules, standards, administrative or operational plans, and other documents, as well as the efficiency of their execution. This paper emphasises crucial inspection procedures for safeguarding the environment, human health, and safety. Its goal is to lay forth a number of benchmarks that reformers may use as a reference, ranging from undesirable activities to desirable practises, as well as recommendations for particular actions that might be performed.
