Biography:
Dr. Sumaira Kanwal is a professor of Human Genetics in the Department of Biosciences at at COMSATS University Islamabad, Sahiwal Campus. Pakistan she got her Ph.D. in Human Molecular Genetics from tKongju National University of Gongju, South Korea Dr. Kanwal has chaired several Neurology tracks and made presentations at several professional conferences. Her work appeared in several refereed journals and conference proceedings. During her career, She has published books and numerous papers in refereed national and international and several are under review journals. She received “Research Productivity Award for the year 2003–2004"and 2015-2016 at COMSATS University. Dr. Kanwal served as a reviewer for several journals and conferences. Most of her papers have focused on Neuromuscular disorders, epilepsy Muscular Dystrophy, and Deafness.
