I will discuss how nanomedicine techniques are being leveraged to create targeted drug delivery systems that can be tailored to individual genetic profiles identified through pharmacogenomic analysis. The presentation will cover recent advancements in nanoparticle design for drug encapsulation, the role of pharmacogenomics in predicting drug responses, and case studies demonstrating improved efficacy and reduced side effects when these approaches are combined. Srividya Narayanan is a dynamic professional bridging the fields of dentistry and regulatory affairs. She holds a Master of Dental Surgery in Periodontics & Implantology from Tamil Nadu Government Dental College & Hospital and is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Regulatory Affairs at Northeastern University. With extensive clinical experience as a Chief Periodontist and Implantologist, Dr. Narayanan has demonstrated expertise in advanced dental procedures and quality assurance. Her current focus on regulatory affairs, particularly in areas such as FDA regulations, GMP, and clinical trials, positions her at the forefront of healthcare innovation. Dr. Narayanan's unique blend of clinical expertise and regulatory knowledge makes her a valuable contributor to the evolving landscape of personalized medicine and advanced drug delivery systems.
