The confirmed speaker should send his/her PPT slides to conference manager prior to the week of the conference. The time allocated for the speakers is limited and presentation must be within mentioned time. Question and answer sessions time will be controlled by session chair.
Plan your itinerary details accordingly, any change in time or day request cannot be considered in the final program. Using personal laptops are not recommended unless under unavoidable situations.
For Poster Presenters
Poster Awards will be announced during conference Day 3, and best poster felicitation done by chief guest of the conference.
Each participant is provided with fixed 1x1 white board and poster numbers for presentation.
Time for poster sessions and Evaluator details are clearly mentioned in the final program.
All the speakers, poster presenters, and delegates are provided with concerned participation certificates according to our records. Any changes in Name and Affiliation should be informed to conference secretariat before 1 month of the conference.
E-poster presenter is not required to present in person at the conference. E-posters are displayed on the conference website and conference poster session venue digitally.
